How to enter

Now that you have worked through the “About” pages, you must be almost ready to enter.

Step 1

The entry fee is R2 800 per publication (no VAT applies).

Partial entries (publications entered to have only one area judged, i.e. writing only or design only) are priced at R500 (see entry form).

Should your company wish to enter more than one publication, this entry fee will drop by R200 per entry. 
For example: If your company enters three publications the fee structure will be:

Publication 1: R2 800
Publication 2: R2 600
Publication 3: R2 400, etc.

You may enter as many publications as you like. 

The entry fee for the fifth publication, R2 000, will apply for all publications after the fifth entry.

Step 2

Please complete the entry form and press the send button.

NOTE: COMPLETE A SEPERATE ENTRY FORM FOR EVERY FULL OR PARTIAL ENTRY.

Only publications published between June 2021 and July 2022 can be entered for this year’s competition.

You will receive a detailed confirmation e-mail containing all the information you have provided.

You will receive an invoice based on the details provided in the entry form.
All entries must be paid on submission; no entries will be judged if payment has not been received.

Payments should be made electronically.

Send the link to your publications/submissions via e-mail to: entries@sapublictionforum.co.za If you do not have an online version of your publication, or if you are unable to send us a link, send a PDF of your publication(s) via WeTransfer to: entries@sapublicationforum.co.za
