With more than 30 years’ experience across a wide range of industries, from banking and insurance, to manufacturing and mining, she has worked in almost all aspects of corporate communication. She honed her skills in internal communication, sponsorship management, media liaison, brand management, reputation management and change management. Closest to her heart lies employee communication. She firmly supports Richard Branson’s view that if you look after your employees they will look after your customers.
In the various roles she fulfilled at different organisations, she worked with the leadership and management teams, locally as well as in other African countries. She also had the opportunity to contribute to local and global communication strategies to ensure local context and adherence to global policies.
